Work Zone Safety Program

Work Zone Safety

Millions of motorists and thousands of workers share our State, County, Town and local roads on a daily basis, Work Zone Safety training programs have always been a benefit to both the motorist and the work force using these public highways. The proper installation of the work zone is an essential facture to reduce crashes and injuries within highway work areas. The proper training of our ever-changing work force is a continued effort. Newly hired employees, smaller local Highway Departments, and many companies do not get the training necessary to educate them in the proper installation and safety procedures of work zones. The following Work Zone Safety Program has been developed to assist in this vital area.
